A-Hus belongs to the Derome Group, which is one of Sweden’s largest family-owned wood industry companies. In several production plants, a wide range of different wood industry products are manufactured, from sawn timber to prefabricated houses.
The line for the production of floor elements, designed in co-operation with the customer, contains in addition to element tables, two fully automatic HYBRID multifunctional bridges, the framing station of the U-shaped line has a transverse feed and is equipped with two automatic nailing units. The multi-functional bridges are equipped with a gluing unit, two stapling units, a saw unit, a milling unit and a chip removal filter unit fixed to the bridge. The bridges are controlled using the BTL file generating by the customer’s design program.
